Born and raised in the small town of Avalon on Catalina Island, I was deeply influenced by Art Deco styles of the 1930s & 40s. If it aint got that swing - it don't mean a thing time.

I opened Avalon Freelance in 2000 and started showing fine art in the Casino Art Gallery. Working with local businesses Freelance created calendars, brochures, rack cards and logo designs with an island theme. 2005 I moved to the Sierra Nevada foothills for the great trails and road rides. I show at galleries creating special image series throughout the year. I am currently working on a series of prints that will be available to view Spring 2012. I specialize in high impact graphics created from digital images. Most recent work in in commercial designs and publications is available upon request.

I am serious about being physical. I love to hike, walk, run, ride anywhere, anytime. Yoga saves my day. I spent the last five years living in the Sierras but my heart belongs to the ocean and I am working my way back to the coast.
